Prior to launching iPeople®, LLC, Mr. Shlien launched the retained executive search practice at Business Management Group, a subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Service Group.

With both domestic and international experience, Mr. Shlien is committed to providing a unique consulting firm that focuses on quality, not quantity, long-term relationships, not short ones, and clients that are not only clients but family.

Mr. Shlien is recognized as a "key consultant" with IMMS, is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and sits on the Board of the "Society of Satellite Professionals International." Mr. Shlien is a former member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia.
